Our products can be returned, please inform us by email within 14 days of the receipt of the product. Then, you have 14 days to return the parcel to us.

• The product is in its original packaging
• The product hasn’t been opened, used or damaged

We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Gallinée.

DAMAGED ITEMS
